This was the perfect recipe for me, because I was without butter. I didn't make them into cookie-wiches like shown above. Instead I added orange food coloring to make them more festive for the Halloween season!

Here's the original recipe. It yields about 4 dozen cookies!
I obviously added orange food coloring (red + yellow in case you aren't up on your color wheel).
