WHERE MARDI GRAS MEETS DOLLAR STORE

This is my most expensive Mardi Gras bead project yet... $1.00

Items Needed:
Wreath (Found mine at the Dollar Tree!)
Mardi Gras Beads
Hot glue gun

I just wrapped and wrapped.... Voila!
